Les thought this picture from Mary was an excellent photo. Even the bristles of the remaining stubble are sharp and clear.

We were all much impressed with this picture from Mary, made up in three stages. The picture of Crichton Castle was first changed to black and white. Then Mary took a picture of the moon and inserted that into the B&W picture. Great picture, but some thought it was a picture of devastation!

Morag was pleased with her harvest picture, taken on a beautiful day. She liked the angles and the perspective, giving a clear line down the field.

Ruth chose this picture which she commented was taken from a different angle. The three telegraph poles completed the triangle with the hay bales and the track led through the field.

Gillian liked the light and shade in this picture from Neil which was very much on topic.

Neil felt this picture was of a minimalist style.

Ruth chose her apple harvest with the interesting setting.

Ingrid thought these apples looked just ready to eat!

Sonia chose Sandra's one ripe strawberry in the bunch. The fruit is all in focus and the red fruit is exactly in the "spot", bringing the eye into the picture.

Sandra herself liked the dark and light and the contrst in this picture of bales seen through the trees.
