Ingrid chose her inside of a tulip for its stunning colours
Brian liked the reflection in this one from Ingrid, with its reference point so that it was clear what was reflected.
Sonia was taken with Joe's picture of Lauriston Castle. She thought it a moody picture in black and white and the angle was interesting.
Marthe liked the framing in this picture of her's (no - it isn't Lauriston Castle!), and the colours in the sky and reflections in the water.
Marthe chose Martin's croquet scene, with the evident concentration of the players, the depth of field. She thought it a lovely photo.
Sue chose Morag's Japanese Spring composition, with the three people caught in the blossom.
Ingrid chose this picture from Mary
Mary had gone to a great deal of trouble to capture this grid of light in a dark place. She wasn't quite satisfied with it, but had liked the idea.
Irene had liked the way the light caugt the leaves in this picture from Neil.
Sandra liked the green of this picture.
Sonia liked this picture from her own selection, despite it being a busy shot. She liked the colours, the lines and the detail.
Joe chose Sonia's "Confetti" shot. He felt the seat was in just the right spot beneath the canopy of blossom.
