Marthe thought this image from Anne showed an imaginative approach. The clear red stands out and catches the eye. There is also the sense of movement.
Anne herself chose this interesting shot which she calls "Saturday Night Fever"

Athol was pleased with his picture of a squirrel caught in the rain. he thought it was feeling depressed.
Gillian chose this picture of a robin which Athol tells us was singing happily. A beautiful picture with a bright blue sky, plus red berries.

Anne admired Bob's picture taken at traffic lights saying there was so much in the picture - the cars with the reflections of red lights and the contrast of red and white lights.
Spot the red! We were all amused by Bob's choice. A beautiful picture, but if you look carefully you will see a tiny spot of red on the far bank, which is actually a person, also reflected in the water, hence the title for this picture "Visitor".

Sonia chose Brian's "Last red berries", liking the classic blurred background shot and the fact that the berries were all at different stages from perfect to splitting to dying.
Brian's own choice was "Three red cars and a postbox", and pointed out that there was a second composition with the passers by going in opposite directions behind the cars.

Martin chose Carina's late spring shot, saying the red flowers made a feature within the picture.
Carina herself went for early spring
