Carina chose Frances's Ice and Sky. She liked the colour contrast

Joe chose Gillian's pawprints in the snow. He thought it a great picture with no distraction. It tells a story.
Gillian liked her lonely snowdrop - growing where it shouldn't be.

Neil very much liked this shot taken on Portobello beach. The breakwater slopes down and the shadow emphasises the breakwater itself.
Irene chose her St Mary's Loch picture, finding it atmospheric.

Joe liked the rose and tulip having a disagreement - just two flowers.

Bob liked Les's two gulls, with a bland background. He felt it told a story - what have they been talking about?
Les had set up a table top studio with different backgrounds, which he used for several of his pictures. He thought the black background worked well with his shot of tomatoes.
